Memories of Fantasy Farm

Dusti, Troy, Ohio. Well I hate to say this, but all those memories my dad has of Grandma must have made an impression, because It was passed down. My Dad was just like grandma; to a tee. If we weren't in the car by 8:00am we would be left behind. We had to be there when the gates opened. I would wake up in the morning by the sound of dad pouring ice into the coolers, cause God forbid we buy drinks there, that was to expensive, and moms job was making the bologna sandwiches. Another thing that drove me nuts was my dad grabbing my hand and dragging me to the next ride. Even if my shoe was untied, "just tie it on the ride" he would answer. By 6:00 he was basically carrying me to the rides. I always thought he pushed just to wear us out so we'd sleep all the way home and he'd have a peaceful drive. But now the truth comes out and he got it from his mother. It drove me crazy then, but the sad thing is I'll probably do the same thing!"

"My biggest memories of Fantasy Farm is getting my picture taken on the big black and white cow, getting stuck in the air on the flying elephants and crying to my dad because my elephant wouldn't go down."
